Refund and Returns Policy

At our travel consultation platform, we aim to provide high-quality, personalized services that help travelers plan their journeys with confidence. Since all of our services are delivered online and often involve customized research, itinerary development, and expert support, we kindly ask that clients read and understand our refund policy before booking.

Refunds are generally not provided once a consultation has been completed, as the service has already been rendered. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. A full refund may be issued if the client cancels their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time. If the client cancels within 24 hours of the consultation or misses the session without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable. If a technical issue on our side (such as internet failure or platform error) prevents the consultation from taking place, we will either reschedule the session at no extra cost or issue a full refund upon request.

If the client is dissatisfied with the consultation due to a clear error or lack of delivery on our part (e.g., wrong information, incomplete service, or failure to meet the promised scope), they may contact us within 48 hours of the session to request a review. In such cases, we reserve the right to offer a partial or full refund after evaluating the issue. We do not offer refunds based on personal preferences, changes of mind, or differences in travel expectations, as our recommendations are based on the information provided by the client at the time of consultation.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. For all refund-related requests, please contact our support team at [support email] with your order number, date of booking, and a brief explanation of the issue.

By booking a consultation, the client agrees to this policy and acknowledges that the services provided are digital in nature and tailored individually, and thus may not fall under standard refund practices applicable to physical goods or generalized digital products.
